Oooh yeah... Bubbling, melty, oozing brie with fruity goodness on top. Sounds perfect!

wildschwein, I made sandwiches last night using left-over pork roast slices, brie and the last of the mince... grilled them in a frying pan (sort of like fake panini). They were amazing. I think mince is my go-to condiment now. :-)
