"Matt Deliso is a young chef who has cultivated a breadth of impressive experiences including cooking under Gabrielle Hamilton at Prune, Gray Kunz at Café Gray, and being an integral contributor to the opening of Grayz. Matt is currently preparing for his next position as Chef de Cuisine at a certain West Village restaurant under Jason Neroni.
Monica Glass began her pastry career under Deborah Racicot at Gotham Bar and Grill. After 7 months of moonlighting as an extern, Monica accepted Deborah’s request to join her team full time. After two years passionately building her budding pastry repertoire at Gotham Bar and Grill, Monica moved to Le Bernardin to work under the 2007 James Beard Award winning pastry chef Michael Laiskonis."
too bad the venue is two plane ride away from my place.. would love to be there with you guys :-)
